Everything you’ll need to know to begin
Make sure to bring a Bitcoin Wallet as you will need a Bitcoin Wallet QR Code. We suggest you download a Bitcoin Wallet from the APP Store and have it ready and prepared with a QR Code to accept Bitcoin. You will also need a mobile phone to receive a confirmation text. For most transactions, you can buy Bitcoin at our ATMs with just a mobile phone number. If you are buying $2001 or more, regulations require we check your photo identification, such as a driver’s license. Our Bitcoin ATMs only accept cash.
Our daily purchase limit is $50,000 per day for verified users. For most users, this limit is enough. You can purchase for many days if you would like to purchase an even larger amount! Our Bitcoin ATMs offer the lowest rate!

To purchase Bitcoin, first choose whether your will purchase less or more than $2000 worth of Bitcoin. Scan your Bitcoin Wallet QR code and insert cash one bill at a time. Once all bills are inserted, click BUY to purchase Bitcoin and allow 30-45 minutes for Bitcoin to show up in your wallet as the Bitcoin network processes your transaction and does Bitcoin confirmations. Our customer support team is available through email and text to help with your Bitcoin purchase.

After Purchase
Here are most questions asked after a purchase is complete.
A receipt will be instantly sent to your mobile phone which was entered at the beginning of the transaction. This receipt will be sent after the purchase at the machine was placed and the final screen was reached. Please allow a few minutes for a receipt to be received by your mobile phone provider.
Bitcoin is sent instantly at the time of purchase confirmation. Please allow 45 minutes for the Bitcoin to show up in your wallet as the Blockchain Network processes your transaction and confirmations of the Bitcoin are processed by your Wallet provider. In certain situations, it may take a bit over an hour to be received depending on Blockchain Network timing, however, your Bitcoin has been sent always to the Bitcoin Wallet you provided when using our Bitcoin machines.
When purchasing Bitcoin from our machines, our Machine will send Bitcoin directly to the wallet you provide for the amount of Bitcoin noted on the machine screen at the time of confirmation and clicking BUY. By using our Bitcoin ATM, you fully understand that Bitcoin is irreversible and that refunds are not possible under any circumstance. You also agree to our complete terms and conditions and disclosures. You understand that cryptocurrency is inherently risky and that you may lose the entirety of your investment in cryptocurrencies. You agree to not hold us liable for any issues or loss regarding your purchase. You agree to only send Bitcoin to a wallet that is in your name and only you control. You also fully understand that we are not liable for the wallet’s function of where you send Bitcoin and that wallets may malfunction. While many people have your seed phrases as backups, we are unable to make an recommendations as to how you should keep your Bitcoins, however, general practice is to also have proper two factor authentication.
